After waking up to a yard and street littered with shingles after hurricane Milton, I assumed it would take days or weeks to find a reliable roofing contractor. Fortunately our neighbor introduced us to Brehm Roofing, a family-owned business that understands the value of building relationships rather than chasing the next job. I watched the owner, Zach Brehm and his crew work throughout the neighborhood providing peace of mind in a time of stress and uncertainty. It is easy to see why his company is growing and expanding their service area. Zach is clearly focused on excellent service and earning trust. I reached out to Brehm roofing to get an estimate for a leaky skylight repair/replacement. I made contact with Lindsey who was quick to schedule an appointment and follow up the day of. We receive their tech who looked at the issue and explained to my husband in detail what the problem was. He went ahead and caulked the issue as a temporary fix and advised us on replacing the skylight as a permanent solution. The quote we received was reasonable and competitive with other Gainesville roofers. We decided to postpone replacement because we are due to replace the roof in the near future but we will definitely reach out back to Brehm. I have to highlight the quality of customer service I received from this company. Even thought they were busy with post hurricane repairs, they carved the time to send one of their techs for an estimate. ~ Rebeca T

Best decision made was hiring Brehm Roofing to replace my roof. Milton came through and dropped a tree that hit my house and caused all kinds of damage. I made calls as we all do to get estimates and Brehm is the only one who actually came out, wrote and estimate within a day and walked me through the whole process and was so understanding of my situation with waiting on my insurance company. They scheduled me for the replacement, showed up when they said and finished everything in 1 day! My mind was blown! The team that came out was absolutely amazing and professional. My roof was in sad shape, leaking, loose shingles, bad w the whole deal. Being a very senior citizen, funding was hard to get, so my wonderful friends got together, and raised money to do my roof. And, luckily, one of those friends son-in-law is a roofing contractor named Zach Brehm, and he did the construction for me. Met with me, explained what was needed, and within a few days was here to do the job. His crew was exceptional. They stripped off the old roof, replaced the wood where needed, repaired the eaves, and in less than 2 days were finished. And now, I have a beautiful gray shingled roof. The crew was professional, courteous, mindful of shrubs, etc. When they left, my yard was cleaner that it was before they started. No nails, no old wood splinters, no old shingle parts. Highly highly recommend! I called them after the roofer who put on my new roof 11 years ago ghosted me. Lindsey was polite and professional when she took my call and promised I would receive a call back with a time for someone to come look at what I thought was a leaking roof. Zach reached out less than 2 hours later saying he was on his way and would be at my house in 10 minutes. He was polite and professional and after looking at my attic space noticed my a/c unit was the culprit of the leaking ceiling. I was seeking to hire a contractor for a full roof replacement on a doublewide for my grandmother whom is elderly. I live in a different state so you can imagine the logistics being difficult. However, the process was not difficult at all. Zach and Lindsey provided clear, concise communication in addition to very competitive prices. Zach even went as far as sending photographs of rotted wood that was in need of replacement due to her not being able to see for herself and my being far away. There were not any hidden fees or surprises. Very honest, hard working people. The entire process from initial phone call for a quote to job approval from the county was only a matter of 9 calendar days. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. I cannot say enough good things about Brehm Roofing. My roof is 10 years old and I had a leak which came through my ceiling. I left message for Brehm roofing and they responded quickly and the owner and two workers came out got in attic and on roof. They advised I needed a repair next to chimney and not a new roof. The repair was made within several days and Brehm has followed up with phone call and text checking on roof after another storm. They have also put a new roof on another family members home and we are very pleased. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend Brehm. They are an honest company. ~ Constance J

YES I would Hire Brehm roofing. Great technical knowledge and excellent customer support. Low pitched/Flat roof. I called Brehm Roofing after watching an informative video on youtube they uploaded. I needed technical support regarding installing a tapered roofing system on a flat roof. Zach was very aware of the roof systems and my concerns using mechanical (Screws) to secure the isoboard to my roof deck. My roof deck is 3-inch tongue and groove solid wood that is also my interior ceiling. My concern was the "what if scenario"... what if the screws go through my wood decking? We discussed options and the consultation with Zach, of Brehm roofing was very reassuring and supported me to make a more knowledgeable and confident decision with my local roofer. YES I WOULD HIRE ZACH at BREHM Roofing, unfortunately I am in Jacksonville FL…. But his technical knowledge, customer support and willingness to help was above and beyond. Wonderful roofing company! Zach, the owner, is extremely kind, proactive and communicative. He did the roof on an in-law suite addition for my family, and during the storm (Debby), a neighbor's tree uprooted, landing on my mom's car and grazing the roof. I texted Zach to ask if he could inspect any room damage, and he did within a couple hours... Twice, within days of each other, even though it wasn't going to be a big job for him. Honest, Reliable, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable Brehm Roofing is a company that you can trust to do the job, and do it right. I was helping my Aunt Susan pick a roofer since she is 77 and not mobile anymore it was difficult for her and her husband to maintain their home. Aunt Sue’s roof was so bad part of it caved in after a storm. I met two roofers over at her place who claimed they would fix it by doing a roof over and said their fee would be extra because of the damages. Then I called Brehm! Eric was extremely knowledgeable and even though I had time restraints he worked around my crazy schedule to come give them the best quote and his expertise was the answer we wanted.. he would repair and replace the damaged areas then do a total new roof. His quote also came in at the same amount the other roofers quoted me to mask the problem. Within a week we had a new roof and it only took one day! Also they guarantee their work!
